Put the eggs and 75g soft butter in the mixing bowl and beat for 1 minute/37° C/level 4 until fluffy. Add the milk and mix for 30 seconds/level 4. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, flour and baking powder and mix for 20 seconds/level 4-5. Put the dough in the prepared baking tin and set aside. Rinse the mixing bowl! For the filling, put 120g butter in pieces in the mixing bowl and melt for 4 minutes/50° C/level 2. Add the brown sugar, cinnamon and flour and mix for 20 seconds/level 3. Spread the filling evenly over the dough and marble with a fork. Bake the cake at 180° C/level 4 for approx. 35-40 minutes on the 2nd rack from the bottom. In the meantime, prepare the glaze. To do this, stir the icing sugar with the milk until smooth. Add the cream cheese and stir until smooth and pour directly onto the warm cake.
