CILEGON, KOMKPAS.TV - Passenger Motor Ship or KMP Trimas Fadhila crashed into a tanker in the waters of Merak, Cilegon, Banten. As a result, the two ships were damaged. In an amateur video captured by a passenger, the KMP Trimas Fadhila can be seen crashing into the MT Gas Sofia tanker in the waters of Merak, Cilegon, Banten. In the video, the passengers were seen panicking and screaming when the ship they were on, after leaving Pier 7 of Merak Port, hit the tanker due to bad weather and was hit by waves and strong winds. Fortunately, there were no fatalities in the incident so the ship was returned to its original pier and the passengers were transferred to another ship. As a result of the disaster, the two ships were damaged so the KMP Trimas Fadhila was transported to the middle of the sea to undergo an examination. How did the collision happen?
