🎄 Welcome to my Christmas-themed vlog! Pancake Recipe: Ingredients 1 egg 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla essence 1 pinch salt 2 tablespoons melted butter 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour Preparation In a bowl, beat the egg with the milk, sugar, vanilla and pinch of salt until you get a homogeneous mixture. Add the melted butter and mix well. Add the baking powder and wheat flour little by little, mixing gently until you get a smooth, lump-free dough. Heat a non-stick frying pan and lightly grease it with butter. Place small portions of the dough in the frying pan, forming circles. Cook over medium heat until bubbles form on the surface and the edges are firm.
