Today is the birthday of a friend of mine named Gianmarco who turns 20, to celebrate his birthday I prepared this fantastic Cheesecake that in 4 hours came out spectacular. ????Ingredients: for the base: 250g of dry biscuits 125g of butter for the cream: 100g of light Philadelphia 200ml of dessert cream 100g of sugar orange and lemon zest milk with 3 sheets of melted gelatine for the surface: 150g of dark chocolate 50ml of milk 3 sheets of gelatine crumbled hazelnuts #cheesecake #chocolate #chefdiego #recipe #food #cooking #cake #foryou
