Today the recipe is up to Ana. The chocolate and pear cake is delicious, it contains an incredible mix of flavors, as well as being very beautiful. The fruit syrup is prepared with red wine and of course our chef Edu has already created a new recipe to use the flavored drink. One suggestion from the couple is to use Assalight Paper, from Wyda, in the pan so the cake doesn't stick. It comes off easily and reduces dirt! I hope you like the video.
