Unfortunately, due to the high cost, the client did not replace the particulate filter, but decided to remove it and disable it programmatically. Also, #EGR was programmatically disabled, since it will not work correctly on this car without soot. And, #AdBlue with #Eolys was programmatically disabled. After completing the mechanical work, we moved on to the software. In addition to the programmatic disabling of ecology, we decided to make an individual setting to increase power on the dyno. We always take into account many factors when tuning cars. First of all, the technical condition of the car. Then we take into account mileage, smoke, etc. By the way, the smoke was minimal. During the tuning process, we encountered a very high temperature at the intake - up to 90 degrees. This was due to the intercooler clogged with dirt. We washed it, cleaned it, and the issue with the rising intake air temperature was resolved. The intercooler pipe also wore out, so we replaced it. As a result, we got the following numbers: ❌Stock: 150 hp 370 Nm ????Stock measurement: 149 hp 363 Nm ????Stage1 TSMOTORS: 198 hp 441 Nm ‼️Stock gain: +49 hp and +78 Nm‼️ A similar result can be achieved without removing the ecology.
