This video partly repeats what we shot earlier, but nevertheless will be interesting to those who are puzzled by the appearance of an emulsion in the oil of the outboard motor gearbox. The video reveals the main reasons for the formation of the emulsion and indicates the places where water can enter the oil compartment. The essence is explained and the process of pressure testing the gearbox of the GLADIATOR 9.9-15 outboard motor is shown to identify the problem area. Along the way, errors that can be made during pressure testing are shown. Along the way, we solve the problem associated with the deterioration of the test jet and replace the impeller, plate, housing and seals of the water pump.
