Today I baked delicious cottage cheese buns with apple filling - delicate, soft and smelling of home warmth. The cottage cheese dough is light, slightly moist, and at the same time perfectly fluffy. Inside each bun there is a sweet filling of juicy apples, with a delicate hint of cinnamon, which melts in your mouth. The whole thing is sprinkled with a little sugar for additional charm and sweetness. The buns are great as a dessert, snack or an addition to afternoon coffee or tea. They taste like a piece of home happiness! 🧁🍎✨ ingredients: 500 g semi-fat cottage cheese 4 tablespoons of sugar 380 g of flour 1 vanilla sugar 2 eggs 2.5 teaspoons of baking powder 100 ml of oil Filling 5 apples 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 tablespoon of butter 1 tablespoon of potato flour
