From Starhrad, or old Strečno, we continued along the red trail that leads along the entire ridge of Mala Fatra. So here is the introduction to this wonderful comb and we will look at its introduction in this video. The route leads directly through a fairy-tale forest, especially in the autumn season, and every moment it rewards us with a view, a view deserved after frequent steep climbs :) Tomáš and Jarka also took their children, which in this case serve as proof that the hike is easy and therefore also suitable for families with children. It doesn't take long and we find ourselves at Chata pod Suchým, which provides a roof over our heads, refreshments, a rich selection of meals and, if necessary, accommodation. We had a very pleasant time at the cottage, we met a lot of good people here and we went a little further above it to take advantage of the last rays of daylight and look at the initial section of the Mala Fatra ridge, i.e. the section between Suchý vrch and Malý Krivánon, through White rocks.
