If something changes in our environment, or if we want to change it, it involves an internal change in the same way as when we want to change ourselves. Internal change means learning and adapting, which requires abandoning our usual routines and creating new ones. All of this involves a longer or shorter period of effort, since our tried-and-tested solutions do not work, new ones have to be found and will require more attention for a long time. There are always several changes and adaptation processes taking place in our lives at the same time, which can be tiring. That's why it happens that we give up and don't go through with the changes that we ourselves want and are not forced by life. How can we support ourselves in the change?
