Enjoy the video! ——————————————————————— The Cevedale is the highest mountain in Trentino and one of the highest mountains around the Ortler. The normal route from Sulden is not difficult and can be done in one day. However, it is best with cable car support. This leaves on Saturdays at seven in the morning, so that you can tackle a summit perfectly. From the summit you have a stunning view of the surrounding three-thousand-meter peaks of the Stilfser Joch, as well as the Bernina and much more. ⚠️Please note that this is a glacier tour with a glacier full of crevasses⚠️ From the mountain station of the Suldenbahn we follow the marked path to the glacier. There we rope up and climb up to the Eisseepass. A helmet is a must here. At the top of the pass you can already see the Cevedale. From here it is still a bit further! Descend a little again and then continue on the glacier to the Rifugio Casati. Now a glacier path leads to the foot of the summit slope. Get your ice axe out and concentrate! After climbing up the summit slope you start the last but also the most beautiful part of the ridge. Once you get to the top you are amazed by the view. The view down to Sulden is also breathtaking!
