CenterVale Shopping • São José dos Campos - SP 4K The first shopping mall in the Paraíba Valley and North Coast is also home to a mix of exclusive stores. Opened in May 1987, CenterVale Shopping, managed by Ancar Ivanhoe since 2008, has 47,000 m² of stores, including 9 anchor stores, 10 megastores and over 220 stores and kiosks that form the best mix in the Valley. Located on the banks of Via Dutra, one of the country's main roads, with a daily flow of 870,000 vehicles, it has become a reference for growth in the region. Over the last few decades, CenterVale has accompanied the development of one of the largest industrial complexes in Brazil, always seeking to adapt to new challenges and bringing new products to the metropolitan region of the Paraíba Valley. Currently, it has exclusive operations such as Outback, Zara, Schutz, Abbraccio, Lacoste, among others, making the enterprise stand out in the region. In October 2012, it underwent an expansion, in which R$100 million was invested, and it opened 60 new stores. This history of innovation solidifies its position as a reference in the market.
