Cell phones are prohibited in closed prisons. Nevertheless, there are countless videos from German prisons on TikTok. Some prisoners reach an audience of millions from their cells and don't even bother to hide their identities. And at the same time, the authorities seem to be very little aware of the problem. How can that be? For STRG_F, Lorenz delves into the parallel world of prison. He meets people who have been imprisoned themselves, people who smuggled cell phones into prison for imprisoned friends, and prison staff who confirm that smuggling into prison is omnipresent.
