Welcome to my table! Today we have a delicious oven dish that is addictive‼️???????? These baked meatballs with mushrooms are made in no time and eaten just as quickly ????. Here are the ingredients for the recipe: For the meatballs: 650g minced meat 1 egg 1 small onion, grated 3 tbsp breadcrumbs 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp pepper 1 1/2 tsp salt For the mushrooms: 400g mushrooms 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tbsp butter 1 tsp thyme For the sauce: 250m cream 100ml water 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp paprika paste 1 stock cube For the topping: 150g grated cheese 10-12 chili peppers Preheat the oven to 230°C top/bottom heat. Bake the meatballs for 10 minutes. Next add the mushrooms and bake at the same temperature for a further 10 minutes. Once the sauce and cheese are on the meatballs, bake for another 15 minutes. I left it at 230°C but you can also turn the temperature down to 200°C if necessary.
