Erika and Andrés are a married couple with ten children, five of them in heaven and the other five on earth. Andrés comes from a peasant family and admits that he has few memories of his childhood. His father was killed by the guerrillas, a family wound that always accompanied Andrés throughout his life. The only anecdote he can remember is when he went out with his father on his bicycle to work. Once his father died, his mother was left to take care of five children. His mother was widowed at only 27 years old. They had to move to another place to start from scratch and study as much as she could. Andrés experienced the guerrillas in Colombia since he was a child. At 13 years old he remembers leaving home for the capital, Bogotá, to work. But necessity forced him to make that effort to support all his siblings. Erika, however, comes from a totally different family. Despite the fact that her father was also a peasant, they never had any kind of economic shortage in their home. They met when Andrés was working, and they got married at 16. They met at the same center where Erika's father worked. Erika always had a Catholic tradition since she was a child, since her father belonged to the community of Lazos de Amor Mariano. When Andrés left home with the same independence he had when working, he began to drink and smoke at 15. He remembers his life of faith and prayer with great lack. He remembers with special affection his grandparents, people of faith and prayer, how in some way they were important for his conversion process as well. The process of conversion and healing from drinking began at a retreat to which Erika's father from Lazos de Amor Mariano invited him. “It wasn't easy for me, despite the retreat, but the world came back and submerged me,” he explains. Andrés recognizes that he had very deep wounds, he grew up without love or affection, he grew up very alone. “There I found that there is a God who loves us, that there is a God, who gives us a family,” he emphasizes. And he started a family, which he could not enjoy as a child. ▶SUBSCRIBE (free): https://www.youtube.com/elrosariodela... ▶WEB: https://rosario11pm.com/ ▶TELEGRAM: https://t.me/elrosariodelas11pm ▶DONATIONS: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/rosario11pm ▶MEMBERSIES: https://www.youtube.com/elrosariodela... 0:36: ⛪ Marriage shares testimony of faith after overcoming adversity and having 10 children, 5 in heaven and 5 on earth. 6:40: ⛪ The influence of family prayer in the childhood of Erika and Andrés led to their conversion and growth in faith. 11:15: ⛪ The traumatic impact on a brother's childhood led to a process of conversion and faith. 17:06: ⛪ Marital restoration through faith in Eucharistic adoration and constant prayer. 23:02: ⛪ Erika's spiritual transformation leads to marital restoration with Andrés. 28:15: ⛪ Impact of the Eucharist on Erika's life, leading her to change her focus at home. 33:45: ⛪ The importance of faith and transformation in married life. 39:23: ⛪ Erika's miraculous recovery after high-risk surgery to preserve her ability to have more children. 44:29: ????
