Cream Cheese Frosting: 450 grams of cream cheese. 300 grams of powdered sugar. 225 grams unsalted butter. 1 tsp. Vanilla essence (optional) 1 tsp. Lemon juice (optional) Decoration: Crushed pecans. Dulce de leche diluted in water. Cherries. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *IMPORTANT: Bake at 160 degrees Celsius (oven preheated for 15 min) for between 55 minutes and one hour. If it is a gas oven or conventional kitchen oven, bake at high temperature. If it is a small electric oven, bake at 180 °C. If you bake the dough in three 18-centimeter molds (recommended), the cooking time is reduced to 25 or 30 minutes. Always grease the mold or use baking paper on the base (and if desired on the edge as well). If the frosting loses temperature and becomes too loose, refrigerate or freeze immediately. Only use the frosting if it is cold. Always keep the cake refrigerated. Always consume it cold.
