What to do on the coast of Bahia? What are the most beautiful beaches in Bahia? Have you ever visited Arraial d'Ajuda, in Bahia? Do you know Praia do Espelho, one of the most charming beaches in Brazil? What to do in Caraíva? Have you ever traveled to the beaches of Porto Seguro? - This Sunday, Boa Sorte Viajante will air the second episode of a series of reports made on the southern coast of the city of Porto Seguro, highlighting the districts of Trancoso, Caraíva and Arraial d'Ajuda, which preserve some of the most renowned beaches in Brazil. But what about you, have you had the opportunity to visit any of these natural beauties? Our first stop is in the village of Caraíva, located about 104 km from the city center of Porto Seguro. Still little known among tourists, the village is surrounded by nature and its flower-filled streets, in addition to being an excellent opportunity to enjoy the landscape of the mangroves while crossing the river. This is where we met José Nobre, also known as Pacheco, who was born and raised in the community and is responsible for leading some boat tours around the area. Lucas Borges, a community leader, also talks about the reasons why tourists fall in love with Caraíva. Praia do Espelho, about 23km from Caraíva, was once considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil and the world, framed by colorful cliffs, clear waters and extensive coconut groves. There we tried the octopus à lagareiro prepared by chef Neidoca in the kitchen of the Calá & Divino restaurant. Continuing along the coast of Trancoso, we arrived at the famous Quadrado, a historic center formed by a group of colorful houses organized around a lawn, to talk to Valquito Lima, a native artist who dedicates his efforts to maintaining an important local tradition and master of the sacred masts, a tradition of Trancoso. And we couldn't miss a visit to Arraial d'Ajuda, located just 7 km from the city of Porto Seguro, with the journey made by crossing the Buranhém River by ferry. Near the historic center, we met Amanda Maione, a resident of Arraial for over 40 years, who told us how her family's life in the region was. #PortoSeguro #ArraialDAjuda #Trancoso ===================== WHO IS MATHEUS BOA SORTE?
