This conference is hosted by representatives of the HQE-GBC Alliance, the Effinergie Collective, the Sustainable Neighborhood and Building Approaches Collective, the CSTB, ADEME and the DGALN / DHUP. Led by the Ecological Interest Group composed of the Alliance HQE-GBC, Collectif Effinergie and Collectif des Démarches Quartiers et Bâtiments Durables associations, with the scientific and technical support of the CSTB, the support of the Sustainable Building Plan and the financial support of the DGALN and ADEME, the Cap 2030 project aims to support the implementation of RE2020 and to prefigure its evolution in the medium term, by going beyond energy and carbon issues in the building since it takes into account 9 themes in total: carbon, performance measurement, energy and networks, QEI, sustainable water management, circular economy, biodiversity, adaptation to climate change and low-tech, and by bringing on board all the voluntary stakeholders in the sector. CAP 2030 is a unique project in terms of its ambitions, its mode of organization and its scale. The various working groups have now submitted the results of their work and the common reference framework is currently being developed based on them. What are the initial lessons from this work? What are the main issues of the common reference framework? What will be the next steps in this project? Led by Rachel CHERMAIN, Director of the HQE-GBC Alliance with Marjolaine MEYNIER-MILLEFERT, President of the HQE-GBC Alliance; Stéphanie DEROUINEAU, Director of Energy and Environment at CSTB; Anne Cécile SIGWALT, Deputy Executive Director of ADEME and the Executive Directorate of Expertise and Programs; Christophe PHILIPPONEAU, President of ODEYS; Marie GRACIA, Director of EFFINERGIE and Antoine CARON, Deputy Director of Quality and Sustainable Development in Construction (DHUP).
