CANTICUENTICOS invites the whole family to sing, play and dance through music, humor, poetry and emotion. CANTICUÉNTICOS’ proposal is to make a contribution to the children’s songbook, with its own compositions on Argentine and Latin American rhythms, with the desire to emotionally link children with their own cultural heritage. Their songs are sung, danced to and listened to in thousands of schools and kindergartens in Argentina and Latin America, and their videos (such as “La cumbia del monje”, “Quiero para mí”, “El mamboretá”, “Noni noni”, “Bate con la cucharita”, “Viene para acá”, “Santo remedio”, “La murga del monje”, “Hay secretos”, among others) are viewed hundreds of thousands of times a day, accumulating more than 160,000,000 views on their YouTube channel. With 10 years of experience, Canticuénticos has toured much of Argentina and Latin America, performing more than 1,000 concerts with an original proposal, far from stereotypes, that combines fun with deep emotions. Canticuénticos has released four CDs with original songs: “Canticuénticos embrujados”, “Nada en su lugar”, “Algo que decirte” and “¿Por qué, por qué?”. “Canticuénticos en papel” is a collection of books that tell stories by singing and sing by telling stories. The illustrations by Estrellita Caracol share with the music and lyrics of Canticuénticos the love for handcrafted work and an attention to detail that feeds different looks and listeners. “El mamboretá”, “El monstruo de la laguna”, “Noni-noni”, ¿Por qué, por qué?, “Quiero para mí” and “Hay secretos” are the first six books in the collection.
