The lyrics for this work were written by KitajoTadashi, a novelist who has worked with Kobayashi Sachiko, Agnes Chan, and Sawada Kenji. The composition was by YoshidaTakuro, a composer, arranger, music producer, and singer-songwriter. MakainoKoji, who continued to be in charge of the arrangement from Aishu no Symphony, was in charge of the arrangement. Watanabe Shin, the president of Watanabe Productions, where Candies was affiliated at the time, asked KitajoTadashi to "write a mature song to make them into grown-up women," and then designed a plan called the Adultization Strategy. He asked YoshidaTakuro to write a song that could be felt as an adult, and this song was created. This later became a project called "Candies Adult Project". The idea of putting fishnet stockings on top of the leotard costume was proposed by Kitajo Tadashi. The costume design was by Anne Lewis, the Showa era rock queen who was affiliated with Watanabe Productions at the time. And the sneaky footsteps in the intro were recorded when Takuro Yoshida was trying out various shoe sounds during recording and Candies producer Muneo Wakamatsu, who was also in the studio, asked him to "take off your boots for a second."
