In this video we take a step back in time through the streets of Crete Senesi, in Asciano, to show you some beautiful vintage motorcycles. Accompanied by Francesco, a vintage motorcycle enthusiast, we had the privilege of trying out a rare 1955 Moto Guzzi Airone 250, recently overhauled. Despite the modern technical clothing, we had an authentic experience riding this historic motorcycle on the ASI circuit. The Airone 250, produced by Moto Guzzi, is one of the last models of a line that began before the war. This motorcycle surprised us with fascinating details such as the plate of the Florentine dealer Luigi Norchi, a reference name for Moto Guzzi in Florence. We delved into the technical and historical characteristics of the motorcycle, discovering particularities such as the personalized ignition key and the manual oil pump. During the test, we immersed ourselves in riding on the Tuscan hills, feeling the roar of the 250cc single-cylinder engine and appreciating the comfortable seat and well-tuned suspension, a surprise! We then arrived in Pienza, where we admired more vintage motorcycles, including models from Gilera, Guzzi and Triumph, all in impeccable condition. Concluding our tour, we reflected on what makes a vintage motorcycle truly special: the Moto Guzzi Airone 250 is not only a piece of history, but a symbol of access to the world of vintage motorcycling. Perfect for those looking for a classic riding experience without the complications of older models, this bike represents an emotional and historical investment.
