Nađa graduated from the Faculty of Science and Mathematics in Novi Sad, and finished her master's studies at UWIC University, where she researched psychology in weight loss programs. She worked as a hostess in London to finance her education, and over the years, constant investment in additional education has helped her stay current in her profession. Today, he successfully runs the Waga Center, where he and his team provide nutritional advice and meal plans to clients across the region, including delivering healthy meals on a five-day basis. We delved deeper into interesting topics such as the differences between vegan and vegetarian diets, finding ingredients for exotic dishes, optimal protein, fat and carbohydrate intake, as well as the importance of a balanced diet in insulin resistance.
