THE FORM USED WAS 30X22, 10 CM HIGH. THE FILLING CHOSEN BY THE CLIENT WAS LEMON AND GOURMET BRIGADEIRO. THE LEMON ONE I MADE A BASE OF WHITE BRIGADEIRO AND THEN FLAVORED IT WITH THE FRUIT JUICE AND ADDED WHIPPED CREAM. INGREDIENTS: (USED 240ML CUP OR MEASURED IN CUPS IN THE MEASURING CUP) 10 LARGE EGGS PREFERABLY 4 CUPS OF WHEAT FLOUR OR 490GR 3 CUPS OF SUGAR OR 500GR 1 CUP AND A HALF OF WHOLE MILK + 2 TABLESPOONS OF MARGARINE (MELT THE MARGARINE TOGETHER WITH THE MILK) HOT MILK IN THE MICROWAVE FOR 1 MINUTE OR MORE. 3 CAPS OF WHITE VANILLA ESSENCE OR FLAVOR TO YOUR PREFERENCE. 1 AND A HALF TABLESPOON OF YEAST (TO MAKE THIS CHOCOLATE DOUGH, JUST REMOVE 1 CUP OF WHEAT AND ADD 1 CUP OF 50% COCOA OR 100% CHOCOLATE). I USUALLY PUT THE CHOCOLATE IN THE HOT MILK, THIS MAKES THE DOUGH FLUFFIER.
