At Vo Di Moncodeno at 1440m you park your car. One km before at the Cainallo refuge you pay the ticket for parking (daily cost 5 euros). You take path no. 23. After about 30 minutes you take path no. 23 A at the fork which will take you to the Baitello Dell'Amicizia. From the Baitello looking up you can already glimpse Monte Croce (1h from the start) Once you reach Monte Croce, following the ridge you arrive at Monte Pilastro (1h 15min from the start).
