Whiskey souronia 5 cl Rye rye 3 cl malic acid 2 cl Aronia syrup* 2 cl Egg white Dried aronia on top The drink itself: Pour whiskey, malic acid, aronia syrup and egg white into a shaker without ice. Shake well to build the foam. Add 1 ice cube and shake a few times to chill. Double strain over a large ice cube into a lower glass. Garnish with dried aronia! Bowl! Preparation: *Aronia syrup: Go out and pick 3 dl of aronia berries (may be good to ask the landowner first). If there has been no frost yet, put the berries in the freezer overnight. Put the berries in a saucepan together with 3 dl of sugar and 2 dl of water. Heat and simmer until the berries are soft and can be mashed. Strain, press out the berries so you get all the juice. Strain again into a bottle and into the fridge Espresso maxini , or an espresso martini on steroids as Emil said 2 cl dark rum 2 cl coffee liqueur, here I test Kask 2 cl brown cane sugar layer * 4 cl espresso Foam on espresso & Kask!** I with everything in a tube glass with ice. Stir until well chilled and then strain into a glass with a large ice cube in it. Top with the foam and garnish with some coffee beans! melt 2 dl of raw sugar and then gently stir in 1 dl of water **Espresso foam: pour 12 cl of a layer of raw sugar into a siphon. In with 6 cl of espresso and 6 cl of coffee liqueur and 6 cl of egg white. Screw together and shake. Insert with first 1 cartridge, shake, unscrew and insert with 1 more cartridge. Shake again.
