The line Mezilesí/Międzylesie (PL) - Ústí nad Orlicí, designated as number 024 in the book timetable and 512B in the tabular timetable, is a monorail electrified with a 3 kV DC power supply system. Koleje Dolnośląskie provides passenger transport from the Polish side to the Czech territory. České dráhy abandoned this line at the end of GVD 2018/2019 based on the decision of the region.
