Our family liked this Georgian recipe for CABBAGE several years ago. It looks elegant and festive. It’s not embarrassing to serve it on weekdays or to guests. And everyone will ask for the recipe! It’s delicious, crispy, juicy, piquant, healthy, PP, and also simple and easy! I adapted the recipe to suit myself. The recipe works???? You can change it slightly to suit yourself, but don’t deviate too far from the recipe, so as not to lose the main recipe???????? So: Cabbage 2 kg Carrots 2-3 pcs (medium) Beets-3-4 (medium) 2-3 large heads of garlic Greens (parsley, dill, cilantro... Choose according to taste and desire!) Chop the cabbage coarsely, the vegetables into thin slices, chop the greens into 3 parts. Place in layers in a saucepan or a jar with a wide neck. Marinade: 1 liter of water - 2 tbsp. salt + 1 tbsp. sugar + 1 tsp. vinegar 70% (incomplete) Pour slightly cooled brine to the top of the cabbage.
