Come with us on a summer trip ???? along the foot of the Swabian Alb into the Northern Black Forest. Today we are taking the Kulturbahn????, a Stadler RegioShuttle RS 1, from Tübingen to Horb. Our starting point is the idyllic student town on the Neckar????. From the famous Neckar Bridge you can take a look at the Tübingen “Painted Ladies”, who stand proudly and colorfully on the banks of Germany's second largest river. Our first stop on this trip is Kiebingen. This is also where an active hike on the Rammert ???? begins. The impressive hiking tour through the Bühlertal to the sculpture park invites you to marvel. From the car park at the train station, the route leads through the Bühlertal, further into the Sulzgässle, to Waldtstraße and back to the train station in Kiebingen. If you want to go a little further away from the route, you can also visit the nearby Wurmlinger Chapel ⛪️. Our next stop in Rottenburg am Neckar has some interesting excursion destinations - including the Roman city museum Sumelocenna ????. Here you will find a permanent exhibition with excavation finds on everyday life in Sumelocenna, the Roman Rottenburg. Our journey continues through the beautiful landscape of Baden-Württemberg via Bad Niedernau, Bieringen and Eyach to Mühlen (near Horb). There are several excursion destinations in the area along the way, such as the Sieben-Täler-Höhle, the Neckarblick viewing platform or the Eutingen ruins ????. Finally we reach our final stop in Horb. The historic town in the northern Black Forest invites you to stroll through the old town, perhaps to visit the Schütteturm or the SVG Railway Adventure World ????.
