Today we are enjoying a relaxing ride on the Lake Constance Belt Railway from the Alstom Coradia LINT 54 🚂, taken on September 30th, 2021. Our train journey from the train driver's perspective begins in Radolfzell. Before the journey begins, it is worth taking a short trip to the historic old town 🏰 or to the nearby Mettnau peninsula. We reach our first stop on this journey in Ludwigshafen after just a few minutes. Here, Yolanda, a sculpture by the artist Miriam Lenk, greets you on the lakeshore. Then we continue via Sipplingen to Überlingen Therme, where, as the name suggests, you can visit one of the Lake Constance thermal baths 🏊♀️. We come to Uhldingen-Mühlhofen via Überlingen and Überlingen-Nußdorf. In nearby Unteruhldingen you can visit the open-air museum and UNESCO World Heritage Site, the pile dwellings. Our next stop is Salem, known for the Affenberg zoo 🐒. Afterwards you can take a photo in Bermatingen-Ahhausen with the Bermatingen bear 🐻, a sculpture by Erich Kaiser. We continue to Markdorf, known for its range of historical tours and experiences such as the night watchman's tour. Finally, we reach our final stop in Friedrichshafen-Stadt via Friedrichshafen-Kluftern, Friedrichshafen-Fischbach, Friedrichshafen-Manzell and Friedrichshafen Landratsamt. Here you can visit the Zeppelin Museum, the Schloss-Steg, the Buchhorn fountain and the Moleturm, among other things. Would that be your dream to drive the train through the countryside as a train driver? Click here for the job advertisements: https://www.bwegt.de/karriere/
