The bridge over the Buļļupe is the first completely newly built bridge in the restored state of Latvia. The new Buļļupe Bridge is 179 meters and 20 centimeters long, the width of the bridge is 18 meters, and the height from the average water level to the beams is 7 meters. The bridge can accommodate four traffic lanes (two in each direction), and a three-meter-wide pedestrian sidewalk has also been built. Today, two bridges cross the Buļļupe from Bolderāja to Daugavgrīva.
