A documentary film about the Honkataipale railway. The Honkataipale railway was a six-kilometer-long, 1,000 mm narrow-gauge log transfer railway located on the border of Ristiina municipality, which was built on the isthmus between Kuolimojärvi and Mäntyharju's Kallavesi for log transfer. Completed in 1909 by the Halla company, there was traffic on this railway from spring 1910 to 1976. The publisher does not own the copyright to the film!
