Today the hiking socks start at the train station in St. Thomas and experience in the course of the varied stage, among other things, the pretty monastery garden of St. Thomas with an attached nature experience path, many picturesque ponds and streams, omnipresent red sandstone, sometimes adventurous passages over hill and dale and guard rails, luxurious viewing benches, diverse forest sections, welcome chanterelles, unwelcome police danger before Malbergweich, which forces a detour, grandiose cloud theater, an open chapel, a highly recommended detour to Malberg Castle with delicious cake and free guided tour on Open Monument Day as well as idyllic floodplain landscapes on the Kyll shortly before the finish in Kyllburg...
