From funds to building society contracts to loans: a lot of banking transactions cross Lukas' desk. The 24-year-old works as a private customer advisor at Raiffeisenbank Straubing, where he also trained as a bank clerk. He doesn't work at the counter, but advises customers in person, online and on the phone on a wide range of financial issues - only for real estate financing and insurance do we have our own specialists in-house. Lukas usually has around twelve consultations a week - we accompany him to two of them: on the one hand on a possible building society contract and on the other on a possible investment after a savings certificate has expired. The second appointment, however, goes a little differently than expected. When it comes to his personal expenses, Lukas - typical of a banker - also looks closely at what he spends his money on. This leaves him with a decent amount to invest himself. As always, you can find out more about his career and finances in the pinned comment. --- This is "Is it worth it?": One person, one job, one life. And at the end the question: Is it worth it? We accompany people in their jobs and show their lives. Is it worth it to work for a salary and use it to finance your own life? What makes me happy about work? We don't just compare salaries, we show how people live from their work. We are always looking for protagonists: If you also want to show how you live with your job, feel free to write to [email protected]! On a personal note: We are not infallible either - and although we make every effort to present every individual financial situation clearly, correctly and understandably, we sometimes need help. The Bavarian State Association of Tax Advisors and Auditors always provides us with competent support - thank you very much for that!
