This time, we went to the Izakaya "Uoyashirushi" in Yotsuya with Toby and Kirsten, a British couple we met in Shibuya, and had a chat with them while they ate a variety of dishes. The couple quit their jobs and are in the middle of a six-month trip around Asia. Toby, who was a chef at a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant in London, is interested in Asian cuisine, which we don't usually get to eat, so when we asked him if we would like to shoot together, he immediately agreed.
