The bells of St. Peter's Cathedral in the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen are ringing. For further information on the building and the history of Bremen Cathedral, please visit the following website: http://www.stpetridom.de A small book will be published in due course about the extensive history of bells. Until then, please be patient. Brema, strike tone g°-1, weight approx. 6,950 kg, diameter 2143 mm, cast in 1962 by the F. Otto bell foundry in Bremen-Hemelingen. Gloriosa, strike tone h°-4, weight approx. 3,700 kg, diameter 1770 mm, cast in 1433 by Ghert Klinghe. Hansa, strike tone d'+1, weight approx. 2,100 kg, diameter 1448 mm, cast in 1951 by the F. Otto bell foundry in Bremen-Hemelingen. Felicitas, strike tone e'-1, weight approx. 1,475 kg, diameter 1,292 mm, cast in 1951 by the F. Otto bell foundry in Bremen-Hemelingen.
