This video is an invitation to reflect on the impact of cinema on children's development and the importance of nurturing a Brazilian film industry that speaks directly to the hearts and minds of our little ones. It is a call to action, encouraging support for national children's cinema, ensuring that future generations grow up with a deep and loving understanding of their own culture. ???? Watch, reflect and join us on this journey to enrich the cinematic world of Brazilian children! ???? The video features the participation of directors and producers of audiovisual for children in Brazil. It was created and presented at the National Meeting of Children's Cinema, during the 22nd Florianópolis Children's Film Festival. This edition of the Festival also created the Movement for Childhood and Audiovisual (MIA), which in February 2024 launched the MIA Propositive Handbook, whose objectives are to highlight the historical power of children's audiences for Brazilian audiovisual and to emphasize the importance of public policies for this segment.
