Hi train fans! I made a video of my ÖBB 4024 Talent with ESU sound. I've had this S-Bahn since 2007/2008. I thought I should make a video of this beautiful model before it is forgotten. I've turned off the compressor, which plays as a random sound here and there. This version of the sound decoder can only play 2 sounds at once. In the middle of it, when you want to press the horn and the compressor is running, it doesn't work. The compressor stops, the horn plays, then the compressor comes back in the middle. Hope you like this video. Yes, the sound is not that original. This machine sounds a bit different live. But you mustn't forget one thing. ESU sounds are always free to download. So price-performance ratio is, in my opinion, good - very good. You can easily change this sound yourself in Loksound V4.0 and make it more original if you have the Lokprogrammer. Take the engine and driving noise of the BLS RABe 515, add it and turn down the wav files of the Talent driving noise and the fan with the driving noise with the minimum and maximum playback speed at 100%. Then you have a good and (at least for me) better, more original sound. Have fun trying it out.
