About :

After the first locomotive in this model series kept derailing, my model railway dealer (Modellbaucenter Recklinghausen) sent a new locomotive from the shelf directly to ESU with the request that the locomotive be adapted to the inner wheel set dimensions of the Märklin C track. After a few weeks of patient waiting, the locomotive actually arrived today, on Silver Day. Of course, it was put on the track straight away and voila, no more derailing. Put it on the track, register automatically via M4 (Mfx) and off you go, er, drive off 🤣 NOW you can also enjoy using the many technical options that this locomotive offers.... E.g. cab lighting, smoke generator, brake disc glow, driver's desk lighting, digital coupling including coupling waltz and and and..... Yes, I am enthusiastic about the model and my grandchildren will be too :-) Many thanks to Mr Pottrick from Modellbaucenter Recklinghausen. THAT is customer service, THAT is customer care....
