An easy excursion for families. Easily accessible with the Genova Casella train (get off at the Sant'Olcese Tullo stop), this short route allows us to discover the flora of our mountains. Accompanied by educational signs indicating the various tree species that are encountered along the route, we descend to the village of Ciaè, to its medieval bridge and the remains of ancient mills. Here there is plenty of space to enjoy an outdoor picnic on the banks of the stream. The second part is a little more challenging (you have to ford the stream) and is immersed in the chestnut grove.
