Marcus Dantus tells us why he firmly believes that everyone in Mexico should be entrepreneurs. He affirms that Mexico is an incredibly creative country, a country where talent abounds. He tells us that Mexico is a country with present needs from which many innovative solutions can be born. Likewise, he narrates part of his career and experience, as well as his learnings and advice, to finally invite us to innovate and undertake. For more than 2 decades, Marcus Dantus has moved in the business circle creating, investing, advising and managing startups both in Mexico and the United States. His work has earned him dozens of awards for entrepreneurship and innovation, including a Guinness Record for the largest global and social development project in the world, awarded in 2016. He was also the winner of the Endeavor Dedication Award in 2003 (first edition) and the Intel Technology Award in 2004 with Simitel and in 2008 with Innovamédica. He was also a member of the board of the Mexico-US Entrepreneurship and Innovation Council (MUSEIC) and currently participates in the Mexico-France Council for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (COMFEI).
