Preparing the hydraulic cylinder for installation on a mini loader. The main task when installing the boom lifting hydraulic cylinder is to determine the location of the support points on the posts and the boom. While searching for these points, we noticed a pattern in the movement of the supports, a certain dependence. We determine the dependence on the movement of the support on the posts by 10 mm, on the boom, the support point has shifted by 25 mm. Using this ratio, we calculate the required shift on the posts to move the mismatched position on the boom (as in our case it was 55 mm) to the desired point. We calculate by the ratio 10 mm - 25 mm and X mm (the unknown distance on the posts by which the support must be moved) X mm - 55 mm. We find the unknown number X (55 * 10: 25 = 22 mm). Having moved the hydraulic cylinder support on the boom by 55 mm and on the posts by 22 mm, we have successfully solved our problem.
