Bernardo Carvajal holds a PhD in Public Law and a Master's degree in Theory of the Person in Law from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, is a Specialist in Constitutional Law from the University Panthéon-Assas Paris 2 and in Financial Legislation from the University of the Andes, a Lawyer from the Externado de Colombia University, an undergraduate and graduate professor at the Externado de Colombia University, a guest lecturer and columnist, and author of scientific publications on Law, and is an Arbitrator for the Chambers of Commerce of Barranquilla and Santa Marta. Over the course of 17 years he has held, among others, the following activities: assistant magistrate of the Disciplinary Jurisdictional Chamber of the Superior Council of the Judiciary; attorney and advisor to private companies; External advisor, trainer and member of consulting teams for public entities such as the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies, Ministry of Health and Social Protection, National Health Superintendency, Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, Superintendency of Public Utilities, District of Barranquilla, Capital District of Bogotá, National Agency for Legal Defense of the State.
