This quickly made the 22-year-old daughter, the caring relative, the focus of the investigation. She was questioned and it was quickly established that the daughter had killed her bedridden mother together with a 15-year-old friend. The trigger was an argument that escalated. The two suffocated the mother, who was in need of care, in bed with a pillow. They wanted to make the body disappear and asked a friend for help. They put the dead woman in the trunk of the car. The friend has an accident, the three leave the car with the body in the trunk on the side of the road and run away. The defendant had confessed that she had helped to remove the body. However, she had not been involved in the crime. In the first trial, she was sentenced to a two-year youth sentence on probation. This verdict was overturned by the Federal Court of Justice. Since the defendant was in custody for eight months, she will be compensated.
