For the biscuit salami you need: 600g biscuits 200g sugar 8 tablespoons of cocoa, 100g butter, 400ml milk rum essence. For the cream I used 250g powdered milk, 150g sugar, 100g coconut, 100g butter and a little milk or water as the cream requires.
