🍚Ingredients: Spicy Mentaiko Mayonnaise 3 eggs 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons sugar 450ml oil 160g spicy mentaiko Karaage 1500g chicken 150ml sake 5g salt 1 tablespoon grated ginger 1 tablespoon grated garlic 200g potato starch 8g baking powder Miso nameko Miso miso as needed Nameko as needed 🍚Procedure: Spicy Mentaiko Mayonnaise 1. Put the eggs, vinegar, and sugar into a blender and blend. 2. Add the oil little by little while blending. 3. Remove from the blender, add the mentaiko and blend well. Karaage 1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. 2. Add the sake, grated ginger, grated garlic, and salt, mix well, and leave for about 30 minutes. 3. Add the potato starch and baking powder and mix well. 4. Deep fry in 180° oil for 4 minutes. Garnish with miso nameko 1. Heat the nameko in the microwave 2. Mix with miso paste 3. Top with sesame seeds and green onions.
