Ten years ago, on October 18, 2011, the Yogyakarta Palace held a Dhaup Ageng Ceremony, the wedding ceremony of GKR Bendara and KPH Yudanegara. The ceremony began with the Nyantri procession (16/10), Siraman and Midodareni (17/10), Akad, Kirab and Reception Night (18/10), to Pamitan (19/10). All the series of traditional ceremony activities were woven into the film "Dhaup Ageng" which was shown on the big screen several years ago. This time, to commemorate the 10th anniversary of this historic event, Sunday, October 17, 2021, the film Dhaup Ageng GKR Bendara & KPH Yudanegara will be premiered on the Kraton Jogja Youtube channel at 19:30 WIB until finished.
