Best Bienenstich recipe in the world ???? So fluffy and so delicious Ingredients: 4 eggs (M) 200 g sugar 1 packet of salt 1 packet of vanilla sugar 200 g flour 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder 1 packet of baking powder 100 g flaked almonds For the cream: 600 ml whipped cream 1 packet of Paradies Cream (vanilla) For spreading 2 tbsp butter 4-5 tbsp honey Preparation: Beat the eggs with the sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until the mixture becomes lighter. Pour the flour, vanilla pudding powder and baking powder through a sieve and carefully fold in. Pour into a tin lined with baking paper (do not grease the edges) and bake at 180°CO/U for approx. 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Take the cake out of the oven and leave to cool. Cut the cake in half once. Divide the top part of the cake into 8 or 12 pieces and put to one side. Beat the ice-cold whipped cream with the paradise cream until stiff and spread evenly on the bottom layer. Now put the cut pieces of cake on top. Heat the butter and add the honey. Heat both together a little and spread it on the top layer of the cake. Refrigerate the cake for at least 4-5 hours or, even better, overnight.
