Belyounech or Benyounech (in Berber: ⴱⵍⵢⵓⵏⴰⵛ) is a Moroccan village located 7 kilometers from the city of Ceuta in the M'diq-Fnideq prefecture, Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region, northern Morocco. The population of Belyounech was 5,296 in 2014, and the number of families reached 1,117 families according to the official census of the Kingdom. Belyounech overlooks the Mediterranean Sea to the north and east, and is bordered to the south by the city of Fnideq, and to the east by the Fahs Anjra province. Belyounech is surrounded by a series of hills, the highest of which is Mount Moussa, and is considered a fertile valley with many springs.
