As it has shown again during the health crisis by responding urgently to the demand for justice, the administrative judge is constantly seeking to improve the effectiveness of its action. The judge must be able to be contacted easily, to make understandable decisions with concrete effects. To discuss these issues, the Council of State is organizing, on October 29, in partnership with the Order of Lawyers at the Council of State and the Court of Cassation, a conference entitled "Being accessible, useful and understood: the effectiveness of the administrative judge". The judge must be able to be contacted without unnecessary formalism, at the right time and by any citizen. He must be able to quickly make concrete decisions with real effect. Finally, he must be heard and understood by everyone, lawyers and non-lawyers alike, which has led him in particular to adopt new methods of drafting his decisions. Developments in public procurement litigation and, more generally, administrative contracts, illustrate his approach. 0:00: Opening (Bruno Lasserre) 29:54: Round table 1 – Access to the judge 1:50:17: Round table 2 – The useful effect
