Enjoy the video! ▶︎ Subscribe to the channel & don't miss anything! / einfachyummy ▶︎ My Amazon online shop: https://www.amazon.de/shop/thermilicious * Social Media ▶︎ Facebook: / einfachyummyyoutube ▶︎ Instagram: / einfachyummy_youtube I would be delighted if you linked your photos of the treats you have tried with the hashtag #einfachyummy ▶︎Business enquiries: [email protected] Recipe: Ingredients: approx. 300g ladyfingers For the cream: 2 packs of Paradiescreme vanilla ins. 600g milk (300g + 300g) 1 cup mascarpone 1 cup sour cream 1 cup heavy cream For soaking: 1 cup milk (approx. 200ml) Almond crust: 100g flaked almonds 50g butter 2-3 tbsp honey Put the whisk attachment in the mixing bowl, add 300g milk & 1 pack of Paradiescreme, mix for 10 seconds / speed 2 and then whip for 40-60 seconds / speed 4. Transfer to a bowl. Repeat process with the 2nd pack of Paradiescreme and milk. Leave the Paradiescreme in the mixing bowl and pour the Paradiescreme from the bowl back into the mixing bowl. Add the sour cream, cream and mascarpone, stir briefly with the spatula and then stir for 20 seconds / speed 4 until creamy. Remove the whisk attachment. Line a baking dish with a layer of ladyfingers, soak with milk and spread half of the cream on top. Spread the second layer of ladyfingers on top, soak them again with milk and spread the remaining cream on top. For the almond crust, roast the flaked almonds in a pan without fat on the stove at medium temperature until golden brown, transfer to a bowl and leave to cool. Melt the butter briefly in the microwave and stir in the honey. Spread the flaked almonds on the cream and add the butter-honey mixture.
